The GEC product has been projected to a surface with a constant height above the WGS-84 ellipsoid, with the projection height determined by the elevation at scene center. Values correspond to the return strength of the radar signal from the surface. The units for this product are decibels (dB). Debris may manifest in images via nonuniform shapes or with significant backscatter.
Resolution:
0.5 m
Credits:
NASA Disasters Program, processing by MSFC Umbra.
