Service Description: <b>Summary:</b><div><br /></div><div>The polygon was derived from a normalized burn ratio (NBR) threshold derived via Sentinel-2 near-infrared and shortwave-infrared bands. A NBR threshold for the binary burned classification was set to values <= -0.0999. Any NBR values that exceeded this threshold were classified as unburned and exluded from the polygon. This is a conservative threshold for classifying burned area and likely omits areas of lower intensity burning.
