Service Description:

Dates of Images:

04/24/24, 04/26/24, 04/28/24, 05/01/24, 05/06/24, 05/08/24, 05/09/24, 05/14/24, 05/19/24 (GMT)

Summary:

GeoTiff files with water depth above baselevel for dates noted above. Coverage varies by date and gaps exist due to clouds, sensor issues, etc.; pixels with no depth value are not necessarily water-free. Details on product generation workflow are included in the attached powerpoint slides.

Suggested Use:

Image values are water depths in meters above the pre-event water surface level. High values indicate deep water while low values indicate shallow water

Satellite/Sensor/Resoolution:

Data used to generate the product (OPERA L3 DSWx HLS v1 water mask and ALOS World 3D 30m DEM) were collected at 30 m spatial resolution. The product has a spatial resolution of 30 m and a temporal resolution of 1-5 days.
